Do I need to close my business during installation?
For most commercial projects, we can work in sections so your business continues operating. We typically work during off-hours or weekends for minimal disruption. For residential projects, you'll need to avoid the area for 24-48 hours during curing.
What's the difference between 4 OMR and 5 OMR pricing?
The 5 OMR rate applies to smaller projects (50-500 sqm) where setup and material costs are higher per square meter. The 4 OMR rate is for large projects (2000+ sqm) where economies of scale reduce the cost. Both include the same premium Jotun or Berger materials and expert installation.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes! We provide free site visits for all potential projects within main cities (Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa, Sur). For remote locations, we may discuss travel costs upfront, but the consultation itself is always free.
How long before I can use the floor after installation?
Light foot traffic is typically allowed after 24 hours. For vehicle traffic and heavy machinery, we recommend waiting 72 hours for full cure. The floor reaches maximum hardness and chemical resistance after 7 days.
What happens if my floor is damaged or cracked?
We repair and prepare all existing damage as part of our installation process. This includes filling cracks, grinding uneven areas, and ensuring a smooth base. This preparation is included in our quoted price.
Do you serve all areas of Oman?
Yes! We serve all of Oman including Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Sur, Nizwa, and remote areas. For locations far from main cities, there may be additional travel costs which we'll discuss upfront during your quote.
