Quote Requests and Site Visits

All requests for quotes, consultations, and free site visits are subject to availability and our acceptance. The initial phone/online consultation is for preliminary discussion only.

Official Quotation

Following a successful site visit and technical assessment, we will provide an official written quotation. This quotation supersedes any prior verbal estimates. A legally binding contract for services is formed only when the client formally accepts this written quotation and, where required, pays the agreed deposit.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is specified in the official quotation and is final unless material changes to the scope of work are agreed upon in writing by both parties. Payment terms (including deposit requirements and final payment milestones) will be detailed in the official quotation and must be strictly adhered to.

Warranties

We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship and materials, the specific terms and duration of which will be detailed in the official quotation or final contract document.
